Plan for Change

We are here to trigger thought and inspire action.

So we thought we would share with you the easiest way to make a plan to take you from your current situation to making the change needed to get your dream life or career.

STEP ONE

Under the heading current state jot down all of the things that you like and dislike about your current situation.

This should help trigger your brain to also determine what your ideal state looks like/ the things you want personally or professionally.

STEP TWO

Brainstorm all of the things you want your future dream state to have and not have. Many of these will be triggered from your current state list. However, its important to dream a little here and not settle for the things that are easily achievable.

Sometimes looking at magazines, watching TV or going for a walking can help to get the creativity juices going and allow your mind to think outside of the box.

STEP THREE

From here you simply start to write a list of the actions you can take to get from your current ➡️ desired state. Organise these list by the actions you can take;
Today
This week
This month
This year

OR

Now
Soon
Later

🍾 BINGO you have a plan.

➖TIP ➖
Set aside 1-2 hours to complete this, so you have time to be creative.

Also make sure you diarise the action points into your calendar to ensure they are top of mind and aren't forgotten. Some people also like to have the immediate actions on their computer with post-it notes.

6 Leadership Lessons You Can Learn From A Clydesdale

Uda was a proud stallion and the ultimate leader. He left lasting impressions on everyone he met, was the naughty colt tamer and a big presence with the gentlest soul. Every single horse chose him as their leader and not because he was aggressive or demanded it, but because he earned their respect. So I thought I would share with you some of the lessons I learnt watching his leadership approach.
