6 ways to shake the business owner blues
We can't change how we feel, by not changing anything. Most businesses owners go through times were fatigue and the business owner blues kick in.
Can you relate? If so check out this post to see how you can take a small step today to kick them.

Take a break

Before you say you can't afford it or you're too busy, ask yourself what you'll loose by not taking a break?

Efficiency? Innovation? Mental health?

A break doesn't have to take a lot of time or cost a thing.

It can be 1 hour doing something you like or a few weeks away.

Reflect on your why

Take the time to reflect on why you're in business.

Has anything changed? Are you still focused on your goals or has your day to day made work made you loose sight of this?

What is one thing you can do today to reinvigorate or step a little closer to this goal?

Consume Motivation 💪

Listen to motivating podcasts, videos or do a bit of old fashioned reading.

It's a great way to rally energy and enthusiasm, especially in the morning.

Remember a time when

Think of a time when you felt better, and your business was doing well. What things or people were present?

Did you have a different routine? Is there anything different between then and now that you can reinvigorate?

Visualise to smell it

What does nailing the business world look, feel and smell like to you?

Who's there with you?

How long do you work for?

Who are your clients?

What does your office look like?

There is a reason why successful athletes visualise winning, to the point they can smell the medal - because it works.

Get a kick-arse coach 🚀

Being in business can be lonely and a road that's hard to venture alone.

So reach out and get someone on your team to help support you to;

  • find confidence
  • hold you to account
  • overcome what's causing your blues
  • make kick-arse plans that inspire you to take action and bring your dream alive.
