How To Say No, with confidence

How To Say No, with confidence.

There is only one way. And it really works.
You MUST know how to prioritise!

To say no, you just have to:

List all of your to do's:

including the tasks you need to complete to reach your goal.

Identify which tasks you can say 'NO' to:

by identifying the ones you can shed, reduce or defer by not doing, delegating or spending less time on, or choosing to work on them another time.

Plan:

using the list of activities still there under your Focus & Do categories.

Know your tasks - Know your end goal - Anything that i not getting you closer to your goal gets a NO.

We know it's not always easy, but it will be worth it.
